This just a suggestion. A Room/panel for Guide/Tutorial Only.
1. Easy to look up. Don't have to search around for guide/tutorial.
2. Every post must write down 1st for which level.

Yes this is what the Help section is for....If you are a complete newbie to the bot this is the place you need to be. It has Tutorials + Videos and anwsers to alot of questions....Plus there are people on line every day to give advice..
